Who I Work With & What I Do 

I work with women in transition, entering adulthood, facing a career change, launching their own children into adulthood or having experienced a life-altering illness or loss, and who have lost that strong sense of who they are or what they want to do. 

I look at you and I don’t see ordinary – ever. When you feel you haven’t got a clue what you want to do, I realize your brilliance is simply hidden from your view. 

Becoming more yourself is an unfolding that stirs up nerves, whether the excited butterfly type or the holy sh*t kind, and so it only makes sense to do it your way, not mine. I don’t have a ‘system’ or a ‘blueprint’ to follow. If it were that easy, we’d all have evolved and moved on long ago. 

I help you gather the pieces that feel most like you now. I share with you what I see and teach you about the wisdom you’ve been carrying around your whole life but never knew you had and you’ll shake your head in amazement and maybe a smidge of regret that no one taught you this sooner. You’ll then possess the building blocks for creating a lifestyle that fits you, that feels more yourself than you’ve ever felt before. 

You’ll start to notice people looking at you differently. They’ll say something about the glow of your skin or how your eyes seem brighter. The privilege of working with you is an experience that I can only describe as being wrapped in grace. I’ve been it’s like ‘a shot of wellness’ which I thought was kind of cool. I’ve also been told I’m deep, intense, creative, compelling, laser sharp and intuitive which probably explains why the privilege of seeing you take up your place brings me so much joy, I could cry. 

My Formal Bio 

With a degree in Business Management, I entered the world of accounting fascinated by the level of drama tied to money. I found the clarity of numbers was not enough to help the entrepreneurs and executives I worked with reach the levels of success they desired. The secret lay in the beliefs behind their books. I turned to organizational behaviour, psychology and cognitive science for answers. I studied directly with Dr. Mona Lisa Schulz, behavioural neuroscientist and medical intuitive and was the first in Western Canada personally selected and trained by Dr. Martha Beck, Oprah’s O Magazine Life Coach which along with my four children, effectively cracked open the intuitive, empathic channels of my right brain. Practical strategies and laser focused insights are my specialty. I now work exclusively with women actively seeking change and wanting to create success on their own terms. I use my specialty to help them discover theirs.
